the resort was very nice and clean. the staff was great. they have a turtle hatchery on site that you can view. Sammy was the attendant when we looked at the turtle nest and actually got lucky to see turtles hatching. they were released on the beach at sunset and they notified the guests so they could go watch. Sammy is the best!

The resort is located on Lio beach which is stunning. The resort itself feels premium, the only let down was the food at Mista restaurant which was not 5 star hotel quality. However, there are many dining options just a 5 minute walk down the beach. Overall I would recommend staying at Seda Lio.

Seda Lio Resort is a beautiful property, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating throughout our stay. Since it is located right on Lio Beach, we were able to enjoy the beachfront without the heavy crowds of tourists you often find elsewhere. The only drawback is the location relative to the main town. It is quite far away, and we had to pay 300 pesos for an e-trike each way whenever we wanted to go anywhere outside of the Lio area. It is a wonderful spot if you want to stay put and relax, but the transportation costs do add up if you plan on visiting town frequently.

Seda Lio is a great hotel, right off the beach and close to a lot of beach shops and food. Staff were good. There was no wifi in our room as it kept saying the server had too many users on it which was unfortunate. We also had to ask the hotel staff to change our sheets upon check in as the sheets had some hairs and were a bit sandy. They did happily send someone to change them right away. Otherwise the room was nice and big, nice view of the pool area. Breakfast was decent. General note - bring bug spray as there are a lot of 'nik nils' which are tiny bugs that bite in the beach areas - common in Palawan.
