The room was dirty bathroom was not cleaned and still got a $35 charge due to arriving early, the front desk lady was nice but room even the floor my socks got so dirty i would not walk with out shoes.

All hotels/motels allow you to get your breakfast and take it to your room, I have never been told it’s not allowed, but today, I was stopped at the exit door and had to go back in the dining area and leave the server plates and drinks I had served for me and my boyfriend, as everyone in the dining room watched. Other times we had stayed, we have never been told no, the person at the front desk would just smile. The reason the lady at the front counters gave was due to avoid infestation, so is she saying they don’t clean their rooms? So how is that different from bringing outside food? You go there to relax this is why you pay for what is offered when you select your stay. Very disappointing and embarrassing moment.

The hotel was filthy, dirty, room was not comfortable to sleep in, front door does not closed shut, bathroom door has no knob, shower, bad, stopper issing, bath dirty, room needs full renovation, baseboard collapsing from the wall, and floor dirty, plus the pillow has lipstick stain. Ugh! Will not stay here anymore and will not recommend this to anyone. Lighting in the hotel room hallway was dark.

Property is run down, there is there's some graffiti written on the desk " (I want to die)" that kinda scared me but the front desk personnel was very helpful I haven't returned to El Paso for more then 30 years she helped me out with my location and were is the Veterans hospital, will be staying a extra night because of the front desk personnel.

Room was worn out. Saggy beds, old sheets, pillows. Room was dirty, not cleaned properly, In need of paint job. Only stayed because came off a very delayed flight and late at night.
