When i arrived to check in there were 2 people at front desk and they did not greet me. One was sitting there eating while checking me in Very unprofessional. It smells like sewer. Toilet filthy. Big roach found crawling on floor just to mention a few. I usually stay at Motel 8 and have had excellent experience i feel the management at this facility does not care.

Bathroom was not clean. Toilet and tub need it attention. Sink was unattached from the counter, floors looked like they were mopped with out sweeping. Finger prints all over the tables and lamp switches. This place hotel is at a good location, housekeeping needs to pay better attention.

I asked the front desk before I started using the room if they could please changed me to a different room because it was smelling like cigar and they told me see what they can do but never called back or said hey sorry we can not switch you to a different room and the restroom wasn’t even clean.
