Upon check-in, our refrigerator was not working. Once I notified the front desk, it was immediately replaced. The next day the staff ensured that it worked for us. All staff we encountered were friendly and cheerful. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great price for the comfort of the stay.

The bed was really comfortable. The shower was amazing, but there was some paint missing from the bathroom door, the ceiling in the bathroom and from the ceiling in the room. The remote was EXTREMELY sticky and needed to be cleaned really bad. Being a frequent traveler, I always wipe down my rooms regardless of where I go and I honestly wasn’t surprised by the wipe down results I got, but that’s why I do it. I will for sure be back though. It was a good stay over all.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Loved the jacuzzi tub size. Staff at the front counter tried to help with transportation to the airport. Overall it is warm, inviting and family friendly.

We had a king size suite where the hot tub didn’t work and the shower wouldn’t come out very well or stay at the temperature you wanted. Had to go through the pool room to get to the front desk for anything. In the dark at night. We had to go through the pool room to get luggage rack and take it back through there to return it.

They have the BEST bfast hands down, the pool area was clean with a fun tiki type theme & the fees for laundry service's were much more affordable than anywhere else in town.
