The check in staff was wonderful!!. The young lady for check out needed to know how to deal with older guests. She treated our 83 year old mother poorly. Patience is an important quality in the area of hospitality. Otherwise our stay was very nice!

Like the outdoor areas, the pool area with plenty of seating, and friendly staff. Did not like the bathroom In our room the bathtub/shower was not clean. Visible leftover blue soap and hairs. Overall ok stay.

Found 2 bugs in my room killed one. Left it on a wash cloth in the room. I had on white socks. Walked to the bathroom my socks were black. I took a towel and scrubbed bathroom floor.

Not bad and a very good price.

The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were polite. We reserved a King but were assigned a room with two king beds. Consequently, the room was crowded. There was only one chair and one end table. There were not enough electrical outlets for our chargers and CPAPs. The pool area was very inviting.

The property looks nice and the rooms were clean. We had a hard time figuring out the tv remotes and the staff came to the room to explain. My biggest issue was the scent that is somehow connected to the a/c unit. It was a bit annoying but not overpowering.there was one broken tile in the bathroom. The pool area was large and tropical looking and they have a nice outdoor pergola area.
