Open layout with Corian kitchen countertops and ceramic HEATED floor tile throughout. Roku 4K Smart TV. Separate entrance. Very clean and private. There is WIFI and YouTube TV. Nicely decorated. Great retreat! we enjoyed two nights and the awesome basement apartment in Ellicottville, New York. The bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything that you needed. The outdoor area included a nice view of the mountains and a fire pit with a supply of wood. It would make a great skiing stay!

Memorial Day Getaway!

Perfect place to stay.. just outside of Eillicoteville with lots of green space but close enough to fully explore and enjoythe village and surrounding area. The rental was clean, cozy and comfortable…..perfect in every way for us and our dog. We did a trip that had us stopping in Erie PA for two days then to Buffalo to see the falls for two days. We did a high end loft in Buffalo. After staying in 4 different places this was our most favorite. We had our German Shepherd with us and the big yard was perfect. If we had it to do over again we would go straight here.
