It was dirty, keys didn't work twice, no ironing board in the room, but there was an iron. Restaurant had limited menu. Sketchy people hanging around. Not at all the way it used to be and we stay there 5-6 times a year.

I stay at this hotel when I need one in Elmira...I have never had an issue except for with Wi-Fi...in certain rooms it doesn't work, but I request by the pool so i don't mind...its not a business trip just someplace to take my grandkids to swim and hangout

The hotel is okay given it's price. The only room left that day was a pet-friendly room so that might explain the smell in the room. Overall not too bad.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned when we checked in. I have pictures. Next day, no cleaning it even towel replacements. Called receptionist and confirmed cleaning next day. Again not cleaned, no towel replacement. Had to call again for towels. Really lacking on cleanliness. We stayed here two months back and lost a remote, asked them to check, no one did!

Like most motels the ice machine didn't work and plus they a laundry that was affordable $1.50 per cycle but dryer probably would need 2 cycles to fully dry clothes would have been nice if they had a change machine to exchange dollar for quarters had to go to a store to get quarters for the machines

I was there 5 days and did not have maid service at al. Coffee available in room but no cups or condiments. Non smoking rooms but hallways reeked of marijuana as well as coming thru the vents. Microwave was filthy.
