I had booked an ADA room accidentally so I was reassigned a room. Unfortunately there was an additional cost for reassignment. Upon receiving the key to my room I found that the room had not been cleaned. Beds were undone and towels were on the floor. I was again reassigned and waived of the upgrade fee for the inconvenience.

Terrible! First room, power went out twice. Second room heater didn't work and third room remote didn't work. Yes, three different rooms i had to move to!
