This would have been a 4 or 5 star stay had it not been for the young lady that gave us a hard time for leaving our bags at the hotel. One of the reasons we stayed here is because the hotel mentions that they’ll hold onto your bags before or after our check out. The hotel was amazing and so was the service from everybody else except for the young lady that was working the desk around 8pm PST on Tuesday 11/25. She said that we should have picked up the bags before 6pm. However, the other woman that checked us out said we could leave our bags until late i. The evening. We made sure to ask beforehand. When we went to retrieve our bags, she said we should come back the following day. She also said she had no record of my reservation (a bold lie). She even went on to say there were no bags in the storage area. That’s until I told her I had AirTags showing they were at the hotel. Really odd.
