It was really clean and check in staff was very friendly. There are no clicks in the room which was a little frustrating as we were there for a competition with a very early report time so had to get up and check my phone multiple times for the time. The breakfast was really good and area kept clean. The pool was small for the size of the hotel especially with a lot of kids there for sports

We stayed in a handicapped accessible room for one night. Although the room was a nice size there were a few issues. 1) The electronic blinds didn't work very well. We could only get one of the blinds on each window to work so it didn't provide us with complete blackout. There were 2 very bright lights outside one of the windows & that was one thing that made sleeping difficult. 2) The a/c/heating unit also was noisy. 3) The bathroom sink was plugged with hair & had a very slow drain. 4) The handle on the inside of the sliding bathroom door was broken; it was still functional but the bottom of the handle was broken. 5) The beds were way too soft. They felt like water beds. No firmness at all.

The room was spotless, bed very comfortable. Bathroom immaculate and I appreciated the Honors Silver treatment. I would come back just for a day long shopping trip. I brought a friend so we could both attend a concert at the First Alliance church. She was very impressed with the hotel and the meal - we ate at Oliver's Roof Top, and what a wonderful meal. Again, it was top notch. I will be back. She wants to get her husband to enjoy both the hotel and the restaurant. Very fine stay at the Hampton on Erie Bayfront.
