Great place to stay

A quick get away for a couple days. Staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in til we left. Very clean, accommodating, friendly. Would absolutely go back in future. Couldn’t hear people in rooms around us and that was amazing.

Spring is here and so are the ants. Please spray for ants before they come out. The USB plugs didn’t work … room was beautiful and very close to everything you might need!! The room needs a lamp on the desk because it was too dark to write on.

We got to check in and wasn’t given any info about anything. When I asked about the free late check out at 2pm he looked at me like I was crazy and said “yea we don’t have that” so then we checked in. Nice roomy rooms. When to swim. The pool was smaller. Went back to our room and couldn’t shower bc we had no hot water. Then we had to switch rooms at 10 pm. When we got to our new room one of the tvs didn’t work. That morning the fire alarm got pulled and everyone evacuated which was a quick rush out for us to just leave bc it was checkout time. I’ve had worse but I expected better

Check in attendant just handed my key and pointed to the elevator . No mention of room number, I had to look at key to figure out what floor/room I was in. I also had to ask what time breakfast was. Customer service was truly lacking. Once in room, immediately noticed the shower had not been cleaned and there was a pile of wet wash clothes in the corner. Returned to front desk to request another room. Seriously made me question the cleanliness of the rooms when something so obvious was overlooked. As for breakfast. Decent selection, but asked for hot chocolate and was told they don’t have it on the weekends. The nice lady then offered to find some, only to return and say that the winter months they don’t get any. Note- it’s March and high for the day was only 40! I requested a credit for the room cleanliness, but was told because I booked with Expedia he couldn’t do anything.
