This is our absolute favorite go to place. We love this hotel and it never disappoints us! We are annual regulars. The staff is always very friendly. Rooms are very clean and king bed and pillows are so comfortable. The breakfast is always well stocked and good.

Pebble in the Pond

Staff was very attentive and aware of your needs. As trivial as they may have been Had privacy and very clean room. No heater or a/c noise. Perfect ! Just what I needed. This is an area that I wanted to explore for some time. A pebble in the pond if you will. My initial stay was for 4 nights but unfortunately an emergency called me back home. I was still able to do the Highway 12 scenic byway, Burr Trail to the Strike Vista, Switchbacks and through the valley back to Torrey. I will return.

Excellent property located close to most Escalante attractions with good breakfast, clean rooms and an indoor pool. Special call out to the breakfast team that made us some meatless egg cups though their regular fare had bacon in it.

For a tiny town, the hotel was very comfortable and clean. It seemed to be understaffed the day we arrived. The restaurant and breakfast are okay - limited menu and very slow service.

Good motel - away from the center of Escalante and with plenty of parking. The restaurant was a little disappointing, on the evening we visited there was no beer or wine and the food selection was basic and lacked vegetables. Breakfast was adequate. A nice view from the room.
