The staff was phenomenal, very attentive. It was great to have a coffee shop on site as well. The room and view was everything I hoped for. Definitely can tell they are working through some remodeling and expansion so we will be back to check it out next year too!

Rooms are nicely decorated BUT they have super bright lights on the balconies that stay on all night and the curtains don’t cover the entire window! They let in a lot of light.

Very nice hotel and excellent helpful staff. Excellent shower and bed, but could have had more comfortable chairs and maybe a table to eat at or to even hold coffee cups while enjoying the balcony water view. Restaurant is pricy and no chicken on menu, at all!! Didn’t see anything on menu for kids unless it’s separate. We didn’t have kids, but will for a future booking. Excellent drinks cause of the great bartender, but pricy as well. Beautiful pool area and the art everywhere is stunning. Very nice place for our trip in May

Even with still going through renovations everything looked nice! Coffee shop was nice to have on the property. Seems like there were a few things that needed updating in the room we stayed in which was some of the paint and maybe updating the tub.

It was super! We needed an overnight stop, for sleep for the six of us adult family traveling together. So we appreciated the ability to have all of us in “one room” with a dividing wall to provide a little more privacy for our son and daughter-in-law. The little kitchenette is a very excellent feature as we bring our own food when we travel! The only reason we couldn’t give all 5 stars on each category is the kitchen staff in Bigby was very loud with voices and banging by 5 am, the bathroom sink didn’t drain well. We did let staff know so I trust they are taking care of those details.
