This cozy cabin is three bedrooms, one bathroom that sleeps approx 8 people. The Loft includes a king bed and two twin beds and overlooks beautiful Lake Poinsett. The rooms on the main floor includes a queen and a full size bed and washer and dryer. The kitchen, living room and dining area open to a screened porch then down onto the sunning and grilling deck. The decks have stairs down to your own little beach area. Minimal beach on high water years. A dock is provided.Do not leave boats tied up and unattended.

No cleaning fish or pheasants in the house. Place garbage and recyclables in receptacles on road by 8:45am Monday mornings for pick up.
Strip beds and place all used bed linens/pillow cases and towels in laundry room upon check out. Wash and put away all dishes upon checkout.
Do not tie up boats to dock and leave unattended.
