Beautiful area and safe environment. Room was spacious but had a few problems: Refrigerator kept making a banging noise once in a while throughout the night. The toilet was not securely fitted so each time you stood up after sitting on the toilet, it would make a loud noise against the floor. The toilet tank lid was too small for the toilet. There was some pulsating noise throughout the night also.

Horrible stay, room have more humidity, hot..beds are more noisy, no refrigerator, no microwave, no iron, bathroom also so old and very cozy! I dont think we can come back again and stay!

Spent one night passing through the area with my family. The bedroom had plentiful amount of beds with 2 bunk beds and a queen bed, but not very comfortable. Bathroom was very small and housing was outdated. Fine for passing through, would not stay for extended trip

This was overall a decent stay. The staff were very helpful during our stay. There are plenty of activities that they provide that makes the stay enjoyable. The room was clean, but it is outdated with no air conditioning. It does have a fan, but it only did so much. It made sleeping during the night a little uncomfortable. We decided the first night to eat at the buffet and the food was not good. We decided that we would go elsewhere the remainder of the trip because the price was high for the quality. The toilet in our room wasn’t working and after a few hours they still couldn’t fix it. They gave us a new room for the issue. The staff were great!

This has been the best and most memorable family vacation we’ve had yet. The rooms are humble, and not updated, but the staff and activities are worth every penny! We almost had to leave because our daughter had an anxiety attack and management was extremely understanding and allowed us to cancel if need be. Thankfully we didn’t, and we went on to have great interactions, fun fun and more fun! Staff was amazing and so very kind. Best place ever to take your family. We plan on making this our family vacation spot every year.

Girl Scout overnight

Enjoyed a economy family room for 3 Girl Scouts and 2 troop leaders. While we liked only having to reserve 1 room, the bunk beds were not very comfortable and we had to make our own beds. If we were to stay more than 1 night we would consider a cabin. The activities were great- shout out to the pool and indoor rock climbing staff! For the cost of food at the dining center and not knowing what was being served we chose to eat in town. The Rustic Cafe could use more options when it is the only place open- coffee is from a machine and is not very good.

This stay was so much fun!! There are a ton of activities to do that are included in the price of the stay. I loved that everything we could possibly need was within walking distance. I will say, the rooms are outdated, it gives it a "cabin" feel but definitely needs work. For example, our shower head was taped on, and not with waterproof tape. The window would not stay open, we ended up propping it open. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. It didn't say in the description on the travel website, but did mention on their website that there is No A/C. I'm glad it didn't get about 65* because we would have melted. There is also no elevator. Thankfully our building only had 2 floors, but not easy to carry everything up stairs. Minimal plugs available in the rooms. We ate once at the buffet, for dinner, the food was mediocre, definitely not worth the $22. Unlimited drinks and food including dessert was nice, but the quality and taste play a huge factor in our disappointment. Overall, we will be back, more prepared!

Horrific stat from start to finish. I booked the room and then when we arrived at the hotel they charged me again. They literally made double the money on my stay and no one will refund my duplicate payment. I will not be using hotels.com again and more importantly I won’t stay here ever again.

Would not stay again! Check in wasn’t until 6pm and check out is 10 am. Therefore by the time we settled into our bare room with dirty floors, everything was closed and we couldn’t utilize a single amenity! Total waste. The lady at the Checkin was training but she wasn’t helpful in knowing the property or what was available. She finally found the map and schedule of the property and I figured it out myself. Perhaps if staying multiple nights it would be worth it but for one night, it was absolutely not worth it. The property is pretty but the beds are uncomfortable, the schedule pointless when everything closes before Checkin, and the staff not helpful. Will not be returning.
