Super great staff and atmosphere. Our room in the twin sisters lodge didn't have a mini fridge or microwave but it was our fault for not thinking about that when we made our reservation. Beautiful property, saw several deer and elk. Would go again and recommend to others.
Beautiful place to stay. So much more than just a room for the night. Sit and watch the sunset, hike, horseback ride, play pickleball … Family environment. This is not a luxury accommodation. It’s like being at camp in s dormitory. But very well done with terrific staff.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
It is a great place with many outdoor activities. The facilities are old.
We stayed in the Wind River Lodge (like a hotel). We were there to be with our daughter and family who stayed in a very nice cabin. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice balcony w/chairs and great view. A box fan was provided and necessary since no AC. But for $200/night I was hoping for a little bit nicer? No bedspreads!? And blankets that looked like what I'd find at my grandma's house (thin and old). The conference grounds are gorgeous and lots of things to do with the grandkids.

Disliked: Room comfort
It was okay
The rooms are very average, with bare minimum things provided in the room. None of the rooms have AC or ceiling fan provided and the box fan that was in the room was really loud. To somehow sleep for few hours in the room, we had to keep the window open and turn ON that noisy box fan. The location does have several activities for the whole family, but keep in mind those are Lao not free. Overall it was an average stay experience with the hotel.
The grounds are huge and the views incredible. The activities are varied and therefore there is something for everyone. We really enjoyed going for a hike with one of the guides.
The food is mediocre. We were in a lodge, but next time I would book a place where we can cook ourselves.

Huge Complex
Not quite what we expected for the price. It is a huge complex that would be great for families who are staying more than one night, because there are lots of scheduled activities. But for a couple who are just looking for a relaxing evening in the mountains, this is not the place.
