Treating older folks with patience and respect

Im traveling with my parents who do not have Hotels.com and do not know how this works. My mom wanted to use another program to capture the points. (My parents are in their late 80's.) I wish the person behind the desk had spoken to ger kindly, had taken the time to listen to her, and connect a little, to explain why he could not or would not do that. He was very dismissive and her feelings were hurt. When you get older, it can be tough to communicate. We should all treat older folks kindly, take the time, and hear them. They really have a lot to offer and getting older can be pretty tough.

A Good Choice.

A comfortable stay. For a hotel with normal service, it is a pleasant stay. This is one stay of many stays throughout a few years. Very dependable room comfort and condition.
