The room had a severe odor from smoke or possible drug use. Woke up at 5am and left due to headache from the smell. Listed as non smoking room. Multiple vehicles in the parking with people doing drugs. Do not recommend

Thank you for letting me vent.The room smelled like it was smoked in. Was too tired to worry too much as I had to be up at 3:50. Kept waking up to aggression and finally at 2:50 didn’t go back to sleep. I’m lucky I have a qi gong practice or service would have been a challenge for real. Asked the front desk for a refund as we stay there often and this has gotten out of hand. They told us to contact management and I said I’d be happy if they just came and checked on the room and handled the disturbance. It’s really sad to think we’re not the only ones that get to deal with this.

Check-in was bad. Terrible service. I hope the owner or manager reviews camera footage. Their staff sucks. Room stunk and was dirty (pubic hair and dust all over the toilet). Loud and bright in the room. The outside lights made it seem like daylight even with the curtain closed. Homeless people in the parking lot yelling. Will never stay there again.
