At first glance, the place seems decent from the outside, but the inside tells a different story. The room was extremely old and had an unsettling atmosphere. There was a strong odor, and the carpet was badly stained — some marks even looked suspicious, possibly blood or worse. The bedding was unclean, with small black hairs on the sheets and comforter. The chair in the room appeared filthy, as if it had been soiled or infested. On a slightly better note, the bathroom was in acceptable condition. The surrounding area isn’t terrible, but I would strongly recommend exercising caution before booking a stay here.

This hotel was just okay. It could use some new carpet because it was pretty gross. The furniture was also pretty worn down and fixtures were falling off the walls but the bed was comfortable and it was bug free.

Checkin was great. Grace was awesome. Carpet in hallway on second floor was stained and dirty. Room was ok. Coffee supplies were minimal but I went downstairs and Grace loaded me up. FYI, no Splenda or Sweetnlow so carry your own if you use it. I think she said they have Equal.

The check in was average. The room was disgusting. The floors were dirty; the toilet seat was broken; the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling; the sink was clogged; the refrigerator door was rusted; paint was chipped on the doors; the tub had a rust spot; water was brown. This is all Days Inn expects for their rooms from the people they employ? I’ll never stay at a Days Inn again.

Its location was a little bit weird but that may have been a benefit. It was in the middle of east Evansville with shopping and restaurants close by. Most of all, it was pleasant and quiet which may have been due to its location. 😉
