This place was great. It had no carpet which meant it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. You had a complete kitchen and everything is just simple and clean. I loved it and the way you have to use your key to get into the hallway to get to your room, another bonus And the staff are always so nice. I didn’t miss not having breakfast. I didn’t miss not having a bar restaurant. I just love the fact it was clean.

The room looked nothing like the picture. The bed was meh. And next to the bed was a conference chair. The room didn’t have any plates, utensils, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, Kleenex, or anything to cook with etc., The bathroom also didn’t have a blow dryer. It felt like a juvenile detention center on the inside. The TV remote was missing and I had to go ask for one. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. I was there for 3 nights but only received 2 towels and 2 washcloths. My room wasn’t cleaned while I was there. The parking lot is disorganized so if I couldn’t park right in the front of the building, I didn’t feel safe at night walking through it. The window to my room was slightly open and unlocked when I checked-in. I was on the ground floor, and if I hadn’t noticed it, my safety could have been seriously compromised.

The advertisement for the hotel, and specifically for the room I selected, had a kitchenette, and specifically mentioned they had pans and kitchen utensils to use to cook. I brought with me, food I expected to cook. Then I found no utensils in room. I double-checked, yes the room advertisement specified they had utensils. Desk clerk said they changed policy and did not update the web site. Then on top of that, TV remote did not work. They could not find a replacement.

Fathew? Short fat curly headed dark haired kid at the front is the ruddest ive seen in his position. First the hotel requires id for anyone over 18. I dont know how its any of their business. He throws a fit about it, calls my phone 6 times. Im not from here so i dont answer. He then comes beating on the door saying i better give the id or else. Prior to this id told him the whole place stinks of weed and cigarettes. Expedia should really take this place off their list. Place is ran by wanna be fat thugs
