The room was kinda dirty and run down. The price was right though, gated parking area was nice. The lady who checked me in was very kind and had great customer service skills. Whoever worked the night of 9/30 was great.

Asked if I could check in 15 minutes early and was told I would need to pay a $30 early check-in charge, which threw me off guard. Paid extra for a deluxe room but was placed in a regular room. The room was simple and provided essentials necessary for the stay; just felt a bit dusty.

Area was gated which was good. Staff very friendly. Only downside is controlling the AC unit. Can't control the temperature. Had to unplug it sometimes because it would stay too cold.

Very loud and unclean

This facility was not very clean, need some renovations, and I felt like I was in a frat house with all of the loud partying going on the entire night. The clerk at the front desk was quite rude in the beginning however, she did end up being nice and helpful.
