Rooms are very nice and clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. The area around the property very 'hood like" kinda scary. Wish they could clean up the area, fix the ice machine, make a small dog park area and not allow shady RV's parking. It would be a nice place.

I was given room 212 first and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Staff switched me to 204, and it was much better. Beds were so-so for comfort, 2 small worn out pillows were ok. Otherwise I got what I paid for - somewhere to stay/sleep for 8 hours.

So close to the Kaiser Hospital and easy to get back and forth with a big verity of food choices. With family being in the hospital having everything close and easy it is just so helpful in times like this

Rafael checked us in. He was very pleasant as he was having to deal with a negative situation at the other window. He put us in Rm#108, perfect. Off the beaten path, at the end(no neighbors) next to laundry so no noise by us at nights. The best towels we hv ever had at a motel! Pretty small tv, but good channels. No body wash/hair products in shower or by the sink. Good safe, well lit parking! Yasmin ck’d us out. Also very pleasant n helpful! Great stay!

Honestly, the room was very clean. My only complaints would be that the AC doesn't stay on and will go off after a certain amount of time. We also encountered an ant and a cockroach in the bathroom.
