The comfiest bed we have ever slept in - from the matress to the pillows & quilt it was all so good we didn't want to out if it! Shower was lovely and aircon in the room was definitely a huge plus point. Friendly service and food was good at breakfast too. Room and bathroom was cleaned to a high standard. Didn't use the pool so not sure but sure it's lovely too

The stay would have been near perfect, however the room doors slam so hard they make you jump! You can actually feel them slamming, so they wake you if people are coming in late or leaving early. Other issue is if you chose to stay because they have a pool, as i did, you need to bring your own padlock for the lockers!! Who carrys their own padlock!?

Lovely hotel for a family break

Great stay, lots of fun in the pool, lovely clean room with comfy bed and sofa bed. Matthew and Grace were so friendly and welcoming at dinner and breakfast with nothing seeming too much trouble.

It would be helpful if on the website it said what kind of bathroom you had with each room. I booked a twin (for myself and my Dad) and it had a bath. I'm disabled and can't climb over the side of the bath, the double and family rooms have a shower. This makes no sense to me, why not have a mix of both? I'm sure there are couples and families who would prefer a bath. Other than that everything was great.

Clean and comfortable place

Since this hotel changed from Holidays Inn to Voco. Rooms are much better. Beds are comfortable and clean. However, customer service at Resturant remained same if not worst. Staff is lacking training or nobody told them that customer do not have to ask 4 times for bills and if you are busy you need to tell you will get someone. In this case she was not busy either others. Too busy chit chat running around and try to look busy.
