Staff at check-in was professional and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. The shower had lots of hot water. We were on the first floor which was nice because there is no elevator. It would have been horrible trying to carrying all luggage up a flight or two of stairs. Lots of noise when the occupants of the room above us walked around. Breakfast wasn't much. All in all, we were satisfied because of the price.

No elevators for a complex that huge with levels like that install elevators there were some plumbing issues with the sink as well housekeeping came to help with the best of their ability. Phone dusty as hell and even though we got instructions from the front desk about getting the fridge colder we did as instructed but my food was barely cold even at the highest setting. You have to be 21 or older just to order food and can’t have under age people with you like your kids in the bar section. Breakfast was decent. As I was checking in a customer was complaining about bed bugs as I was checking in needless to say I check the two beds upon arrival I didn’t see any at the time I went to the room after checking but I order new blankets just to be on the safe side. Property needs a major update a lot of stuff is outdated including the building. The staff was friendly kudos to that!

The staff was friendly, the room clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were small squares and thin. It was noisy with people in the hall and the room above us. I know it was full as the Fargo Marathon was that weekend. Breakfast had a good variety. Overall our stay was good.

1st, TV did not work, maintenance guy corrected issue. Then, A/C did not work, I had to crawl under furniture to plug in unit in very awkward space. Sports bar referenced in room was only premade pizza and liquor, I had to drive for dinner. Morning shower had water spraying all over on the top of the shower head. Hot breakfast was not attended by staff, so I was unable to eat something in which equipment was not working. Staff that I spoke with were all quite nice and willing to help. Despite nice staff, I will find another place in the future. One other thing, the bathroom wall mounted space heater was on…I was able to shut off, but toilet paper was hanging down in front of the heater….how can that be safe?!?
