Room was decent, comfortable bed. No fridge or microwave. Close to Berg park with nice river walk. Walmart, starbucks other shopping very close. Breakfast was nice. Nice staff. Had an incident where the person on the second floor just above our room was throwing his dirty close, blanket and a large laundry bag out the window. Was very disturbing. Spoke to the manager and he did put in for a partial refund from Travelocity, which I have received. The staff here was great.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s a basic room, but that is all we were looking for. The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. There were real eggs served for breakfast! With a lot of other options as well. Would stay here again.

First room they gave us smelled horrible, it was a damp, rotting smell. The sheets were clean but the mattresses are old and heavily stained. The curtins were nasty and window filthy. There were signs of water damage on the cieling and in the corners of the bathroom and by the door. Asked for a second room and it was a little better. Still obvious signs of water damage in the bathroom ceiling and weird dark staining in the corners by the floor. Room smelled better but still had an unfavorible scent. Table, dresser, and nightstand needed wipedowns, main ceiling looked recently painted.no bugs found. beds were clean and matresses were stained but not as bad. Main floor hall has severe signs of ware down and water damage. Recent water spots showing signs of molding and rusting from whatever is above. Carpet is torn up and a tripping hazard, nails sticking out of the wall where old frams used to be. The stink. At least replace the curtins in the front windows by the lobby, that is disgusting for the state of first impression. Its understanding that the hotel is very old but the upkeep on this place looks to be 0. Honestly if anything else i think the place needs a visit from the health inspector. At least i didnt find bed bugs and the doors locked.

Grounds were rough. Due to them taking "weekly" rentals, there were a lot of low life people drinking and smoking on the grounds, making noise until after midnight. Even witnessed a domestic dispute that should have been a police matter. Very rough place. But the staff was very courteous and the breakfast was alright.
