Do not stay here if you have a car. Parking is on the street and very limited. There’s a larger parking lot which is public parking but it is blocks away and busy when tourists are at the beach. Main areas of the property are nice but I found the hotel room stark for supposedly a 4 star property.

Highly recommend

Fabulous location and fabulous hotel. Breakfast was amazing, especially the pianist sitting in the corner. Great service and comfortable rooms. The pool area is a little run down but looks like they’re in refurbishment mode having just opened a new spa facility in the last two weeks.

This resort has great views however everything else was very lackluster. I stayed here for a few nights and upon checking in the AC was making a very loud noise. It was reported several times and each time we were told the maintenance worker would be by to check it and if it can’t be fixed they will move our room. We left to explore and came back and it still had not been fixed. When I approached the front to fix it they kept giving me the runaround until the last time I went they said maintenance had actually left for the day and so they will just move us. This was hours later. No one ever contacted us to follow up if maintenance had been by or if things were fixed and it took us going to report it multiple times for it to be handled. The hotel room left a lot to be desired. Overall we were not pleased and would not recommend staying here.

Not Recommended

As frequent travelers, we would not recommend this resort. Though the resort is rated as a 4 star hotel, we would rate it as a run down 3 or even a 2. The reception was pretty with a nice bar adjacent, but the new restaurant (which we were very interested in) was not even open for the duration of our stay. The elevators were slow and extremely small, making trips with multiple groups or large luggage impossible. We stayed on the first floor and the hallway was musty, smelly, and dark. The room itself was extremely dirty with hand prints all over the doors, dirty floors and walls, crooked pictures, moldy grout and shower tiles, hair in the sink and linens, ripped chairs, and a shower that did not drain at all. Our door was extremely difficult to close, often having to push/slam it closed. Parking was a nightmare with maybe 15 spots which were almost always full. The staff were mostly nice but they were slow and frequently forgot our orders. We did not eat their food as the town offered much better breakfast at half the cost.

Fantastic hotel. Brilliant breakfast Lovely rooms. I would’ve scored it higher, but the pool area lets it down. Broken sunbeds, very tired area. Like I said the breakfast was brilliant, but we had an evening meal in the restaurant and it was poor! Definitely not worth the €25 per head
