Room was basic. No one told us you needed to request room service, so we didn’t get any. The top request signs in the room are tacky if you don’t even provide regular room service. We needed to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels, both for our room and using the pool. The breakfast was barely edible, sour milk, grainy burned eggs, lukewarm gravy. The beds were ok, the bathroom seemed pretty clean and it was close to our desired location.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were told that the room we requested on the upper level, both at the time the reservation was made and at the pre-checkin, was NOT available and they were renovating the second floor. The hotel also had a sign at the street entrance to the hotel and as you enter the hotel stating there is a free reception Monday through Thursday evenings. The front desk attendant said they were not hosting a free reception despite the fact it was Thursday evening. On the plus side the room was clean as were the other areas that we saw in our short stay. The toilet in the bathroom needs to be replaced as it seems wobbly and it is the height of those found in elementary schools. There was a terrible noise upstairs from whatever construction was going on. I texted requesting why there was still construction going on at 6PM, however, received no response. Because my husband had a ZOOM meeting at 6:30PM, he finally called the front desk at 6:25 to request that they terminate the construction. Whoever he spoke with heard the noise and they finally terminated the construction for the night. The breakfast was not hot, and the microwave did not work well.

Breakfast options were average. Parking lot was small but able to find a spot for the night. Room was nice and seemed recently updated. The only downfall was the hair in the shower so was not cleaned well before our stay. It was very convenient with several food options nearby.
