We booked our one night here mostly because it was close to the airport and said it had “shuttle to airport”. When checking in we found out there is “some times” a shuttle (for a fee) which wasn’t available for us. They did call us a taxi. Also, we had NO HEAT, in our room, and it was very cold in Florence the day we were there, apparently they don’t turn the heat on till Nov, 1st. ☹️ Last but not least was we had brown rusty water COLD coming out of our shower, so ALSO no hot shower 😡. The staff was very nice though. After being in Italy a month on holiday, it was very sad to end our vacation like this.

The employees were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond for us which was very appreciated but the facility is in very poor condition and was not a very unpleasant experience. The bed was very hard and made me wonder if it was even a mattress. The sheets were very clean feeling but the carpet was very stained and the quality of the towels was very poor. It is a noisy area and you could hear everything between the walls. Maintenance is needed to meet industry standards.

This place is somewhat ‘shabby’ and not what I expected from the photo of the lobby on its website. We stayed there because of the proximity to the airport. Maybe I missed it but there’s no free shuttle to/from the airport. The place is also noisy and the breakfast was ‘meh’ at best.The only positive is that the bed was comfortable. Would not stay there again.

Online pictures made the property look clean and modern. In-person it was very run down. The linens were cheap and worn. The lobby had a stench. One of the reasons for booking this property was proximity to airport and the mention of an airport shuttle, but when we asked about the shuttle they told us to book a taxi. The site obviously caters to large tour groups (3 bus loads showed up almost at the same time as us) and the noise in the halls of there coming and going could be heard all night. Rooms are not sound proof so I always knew when someone in the room above me or next to me was using the shower or toilet.

This is an ok hotel to stay prior to a flight out is Florence. It is near the airport and that is about it. The rooms are ok but the showers are very small. It was very noisy with external bar and club music going late into the night.

YOU DON’T GET THE ROOM YOU BOOKED- We booked a room for 3 and when we arrived the room wasn’t available because they over booked with two giant tour busses. They jammed a trundle bed in a small room with no space to walk. The sheets were stained and had unmentionable hair on them. They shrugged a shoulder with a sorry and said nothing they can do to help us. It wasn’t their job-So we got new sheets and bided our time so we could leave for an early flight. Really upsetting as we were traveling with my 80 year old mother- they offered her a trundle bed. Truly a terrible feeling.

I didn't like the room, it wasn't well maintained. The curtains were slightly dirty, the bathroom was quite small, the remote was broken, the sink got clogged even though we hardly used it and never put anything down it, and the nearby vending machine sometimes didn't work. However, I did enjoy the workers there, they were friendly and always willing to lend a hand when needed.

The pillows on our bed had dirt stains on them, the shower was clogged and immediately filled up with water, the elevator was in poor condition and seemed as if it could use repair. The staff was very nice and helped the check in go smoothly but we were not impressed with the facility. Would not stay here again.

Nice staff and location of hotel is very convenient to airport. Nice breakfast. As soon as you come into hotel though there is a pungent smell that is also noticeable in rooms. Once we were at the airport the next morning, I noticed bed bug bites ( three bites in a row on my arm).
