All the staff were helpful and welcoming to us upon arrival and throughout our stay. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. The bus stop for the hop on hop off sightseeing bus is 5 min walk from the hotel. Would stay there again.

Even though had a,lift not big enough for my whcai

Wchair and,it ruined the week in Italy for me,basic breakfast & some staff unhelpful but clean comfort big rooms,most other staff v friendly and helpful,nice bar area,to sit in and lovely veranda to enjoy the sunshine in

Great family trip

It's a very good size room for quart-room. Just I don't understand why the hotel not providing kettle when request. They should have a spare kettle in the stock. The rest was good.

nightmare

I booked this hotel for 3 nights and ran after one. Don't know how it ever got a 3 star rating, i spent the night watching bugs walk across the ceiling ,the room was very warm but not allowed to turn up the air conditioner, i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a very unpleasant experience and put a damper on our first impression of Florence

wonderful family trip

very close to the attractions, sheets are white. breakfast is good. although the parking is cooperated, but very convenient. only the WIFI can't be connected in the room all the time.

Ruhiges Zimmer im Hotel Panorama.

Pros: Christinas Kunst!
Location: Ganz in der Nähe der Piazza San Marco, 10 min fussweg zum Dom!
Wunderbare Reise nach Florenz! Die Sehenswürdigkeiten lohnen sich. Im Juli jedoch hat es zu viele Touristen, meist Amerikaner und viele Asiaten. Man muss lange anstehen. Im Mercato Centrale kann man sich sehr gut verköstigen. Es hat ein tolles Ambiente.
