B&B-Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio is a wonderful hotel. It is pretty reasonable. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is clean and quiet although it is in a busy area. You can basically walk to everywhere, close to the Uffizi museum, Duomo, and other tourist attractions. The hotel offers good and delightful breakfast. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby and it is in safe neighborhood. I would stay at this hotel again.

Upgrade offered to suite so comfy for three. Only shortcoming was ac units are very strong and noisy. But we appreciated the cool during heat wave. Nice breakfast buffet included.

Great hotel in a perfect location right on Poine Vecchio. Top soundproofing - you could barely hear the noise from the street. Comfy bed and pillows, strong AC, and breackfast has many options to choose from and served at the rooftop area with beautiful views of the city.

Good hotel in an excellent location. Our room was fairly large by European standards, with a very small bathroom. The breakfast was average. That said we don’t find European breakfasts are good anywhere, this place was no exception but the coffee was good and there were a lot of typical options. It was still nice to have. The staff was all lovely. Very nice and accommodating. The location was fantastic. It is almost on the Ponte Vecchio. It is so convenient for exploring Florence. Right in the middle of the action. We did take a cab to the hotel but you could walk from the train station is you were travelling light. Otherwise take a cab. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

My family had 3 rooms for our visit. One of the rooms was fine, 2 of the rooms had safety issues like bare pipes with raw edges sticking out of the wall over the bidet, and 2 rooms had A/C problems. The staff gave us a fan the 1st night, but it was still 86 degrees. We asked to fix it the next day and they didn't even look at it. They finally moved us to an inferior room in a basement by the janitor closet. It had working AC, but they refused to give any upgrades or compensation for our difficulty. They told me to email customer service, who I emailed twice, but no one has ever replied. Stay at your own risk. You may get a decent room, but there is a lot of variation between the rooms and some are in very poor condition.
