there was mold around the toilet and the bathroom ceiling in requesting a refund as of I didn't stay long at all I checked in around a little after 8 pm and then checked rite back out a little after nine pm because of the mold I spotted

I got the presidential suit. It came with a large jacuzzi tub. The hot water faucet was broken. The TV was broken but I fixed it myself. The room smelled like cigarettes. It took me over half an hour to check in because Expedia and the property had a financial issue with each other. I was not impressed. I will not be back.

The family who runs this hotel are very friendly and kind and I can't compliment them enough. However, the property itself is a bit of a let-down. I rented the executive suite - the second most expensive room on the property - and it was in very poor repair. The tub was full of half-painted over chips and the shower was not secured to the wall. I couldn't use the jacuzzi tub because it was full of cracks and looked like I'd fall through. The mirrors were so smeared they were unusable. Also, I have to question how clean anything else was because i found used drug paraphernalia just lying on the floor behind one of the nightstands. In addition, at a hotel on a lake one would reasonably assume that the premium suite rooms would be the ones with the best view of the lake. That's not the case here. The suites are on the opposite side of the hotel from the lake. TL;DR - Amazing staff, but that doesn't make up for seedy overpriced rooms.

The AC was barely working, the continental breakfast didn't exist, the owner didn't even knock before barging into my room and while I understand wanting a deposit for my puppy and the room if it would have been specified that needed to be in cash I would have had it in hand for him.

At check in had to wait for person to come desk. Once cheked in key card didnt work..The attending person then changed my room to another. When i opened door i looked room over filthy . I took photos and left there to find a better hotel.There was half a case of beer in the fridge from someone. Fridge had mold on its seals Microwave was really bad. Bath had rust and mold. Checked red comforter and it had pubic har on it disgusting place i would not recomend to anyone.
