Ideal location with amazing service!

The level of service and attention to detail was top notch! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by Martina who had a smile on her face the whole time and made us feel welcome. She was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay along with the rest of the staff. The hotel is in a prime location and I would highly recommend for those visiting Florence anytime soon! Great hotel and centrally located.

Lovely hotel for a 2 night stay in Florence. We had room 101, which although may appear small is comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated. Hotel is centrally located and just a 3 min walk from the main area.

This is Florence, so naturally everything has its roots in history in some way. But The Frame has its own little claim to fame, which adds charm. In practical sense, it’s close to everything (but everything is close to everything here), breakfast option is of great help if for medical reasons you need to eat regularly. Staff is super-nice, their recommendations for places to eat and spots to see were always spot on. We all loved our stay!
