Good deal for the money

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Someone had unplug the direct tv box though and it was challenging to get it reconnected. And for whatever reason the stopper in the sink was missing which is a problem for us contact wearers.

My mom is handicap and I did forget to ask for a 1st floor room. The person who checked me in when I asked if I cold have a room on the first floor, he let me know that I should of schedule earlier if I wanted that, when I told him I don't travel with my mother often so when I booked it, it was a thought. He was snarky and rude, he didn't care if I had an issue or even offer a suggestion. Basically you got what you got deal with it. I booked the rooms for two night, we only stayed one and let the second night go, no way I could have my handicap mom going up and down these stairs. Also brought two dogs and if you're going to offer dogs in your hotel you should have an area to take them. When I came back into the office where I should take the dogs and the reply was anywhere you want except the parking lot, seriously? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will question staying at any hotel 8 anywhere.

I arrived at 2:15 pm and as check in time was @ 3 I was charged 20 dollars for early check-in. Breakfast was a joke. Some instant oatmeal or toast were the option

Unhappy receptionist. Really no need!

And alright place to stay for one night. The mail receptionist when we arrived was less than friendly for no apparent reason. There are probably many others who deserve this job more than him! The lady at reception on checkout was completely different. Well done you.
