GREAT view from the balcony! Excellent location to access the Broadwalk. It was a bit too windy for us to enjoy the beach, but we still had a nice stay. The kitchen appliances were a bit shoddy - half size fridge and freezer and a stovetop that did not work. Fortunately, we didn't plan to cook. As we were leaving, the pull for the blinds in the master broke as we were raising it. It had been a little tough to work while there.

The walk to the beach was short and easy. Our room was great however the couches were uncomfortable as was the pull out sofa. The kitchen had the basic items (plates, silverware, a few (cheap) pots and pans, one dull knife, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses). Neither our dishwasher or washing machine/dryer in the room worked. We were told we couldn't get new shower towels unless our stay was over 5 days (we were there for 5 days) so we could wash them ourselves if we wanted clean ones.The rooftop pool was nice and clean. Was surprised the restaurant didn't open until 11am. The beach towels were easy to get and replace and it was nice you could "check out" items for the beach (boogie boards, volleyballs, footballs, etc) as long as they were available. It was nice having 2 lounge chairs on the beach as well as part of our package.

Long weekend stay for fall break

Love the pool and hot tub areas- amazing views of intercoastal and the boardwalk on the ocean. Definitely would stay here again. 175 dollar resort fee at checkout was an unpleasant surprise though.
