When I arrived, they attempted the gave my a room, I went to the room and it hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. They gave me another room, it too was not cleaned from it's previous guest. The sent me to a 3rd room and i was actually clean. This all started around 11pm and my family of 5 with small children finally got into our room very close to midnight. The internet was out, one of the TV's wouldn't turn on and the water was lukewarm. We were supposed to stay 4 days, but eventually checked out by checkout time the next day. Not a good experience.

The parking lot was dirty, trash everywhere and there were roaches in the room. When I went to complain about it, the front desk person asked me what had I used(?). I was so confused by her question because what do you mean what did I use?! Nothing! There shouldn’t be roaches in the room, end of discussion. I literally went in, saw the roaches on the floor and left the room.

The place was not what hotels.com Shows on there pics. It’s run down, dirty, the half pillows with rotten doors, dirty couches and floor. The worst was the fridge that didn’t work and stunk like dead fish. We left since we couldn’t handle the conditions of the place. Never again.

Sofa bed was terrible. Nobody could sleep on that.!!! nol extra linens were available-no more pillows no extra blankets-sofa bed had bare minimum. We all squished into the bed. It was terrible night. Staff at the front desk, said they tried, but they didn’t have access to more linen-
