Vale parking staff are completely lost. Hotel staff is rude and seem to not care one bit about guests. Carpets and walls on hallways poorly maintain. I can go on. I didn’t even want to use the amenities. I just wanted to leave. Terrible experience for the price.

The thing that I had a big problem with was my room, I checked in and I had no towels. I called the front desk and told them, they sent someone to my room with 2 towels, like they are running out of the towels, my room wasn’t cleaned not once, I stayed 4 days, the whole time there were this small flies everywhere, I don’t know not happy with the hygiene of the room.
