I go to Fort Lauderdale atleast once a year and I always stay at Elita. You cannot beat the value and the proximity to the beach. The staff is extremely helpful and is available whenever you need them. The hotel is clean and well equipped with beach towels.

While property not maintained , stuff thrown beside the building.
Everything felt broken or not working properly.
No one on site , chairs broken and just laying around everywhere.
Chairs are not able to be sat in ,VERY tired and in need of replacement.

I didnt travel there by car so im not sure about parking, but the staff and conditions of the room were great. The guy who checked me in at their front desk down the road was awesome made me feel welcome and helped me store my luggage.
