I will be asking for my money back. The shower didn’t work, the hotel was dirty, have a video of a cockroach crawling through the bathroom, a shower faucet did not work, and are booking stated that breakfast was included and only tea, coffee and prepackaged muffins were available. This was a huge disappointment and I won’t be back again.

Staff are friendly and helpful. But the property needs repairs and updating. No ice machine at all. The elevator doesn't work practically ever. We had to carry our things down the stairs when we checked out. Even saw someone being brought down the stairs in a wheelchair. Not really worth the price we got charged. Sorry but wouldn't recommend. Feel bad for the staff

Room was clean but it smelled like curry from a past guest and at times I could smell cigarette smoke coming from a neighboring room. Was disappointed to find out there was no fitness center and the coffee bar should stay open at least for another half hour until 10am. 6-10am would be perfect!

Good staff support, but the breakfast advertised was terrible...the people staying there are all dock/construction workers and they fill their thermos with coffee in the am...there is no coffee or food at 730 am it is cleared out. There are no ice machines..if you want a cheap stay near the port/airport..this is the place to stay

The room was wonderful. The only issue I had with the hotel was that they left us stranded at the cruise port. When we came back from our cruise. I had called the night before to have the shuttle come pick us up. She took all my information where the boat was coming and everything we arrive back at the port, and I called to make sure that they were coming only to be told that no they do not pick up

First room we got wasn't clean. Weird smell throughout the hotel. Our friends room had the smoke detector chirping the whole night. There was no toilet paper holder. It just was just very disappointing for the price.
