Our trip was a decent experience overall, but we did encounter a bit of a frustrating situation. While the accommodations were fine and the amenities were enjoyable, we were unexpectedly questioned by management regarding the number of people in the pool. We had made three separate reservations, each with a designated number of guests, and assumed that this clearly indicated our total party size. However, it seemed that there was some confusion or perhaps even suspicion about our arrangements. It was a bit of a bother to have to explain ourselves and provide proof of our reservations, especially given that we were following the correct procedures. While the issue was eventually resolved, it left a slightly negative impression on what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are very friendly and they go above and beyond to help with any needs you may have. The 2 pools are very nice. The rooms are very clean and updated. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is actually set up as a motel. The property was clean and the office staff were friendly. The location was just a short walk to the beach and I appreciated them providing chairs, towels and umbrellas. My only complaint is that the rooms weren’t updated. The water did not run clear and the bathroom smelled a bit musty.

Cute for a solo trip

I ended up staying here because of the discounted rate thru hotels.com. This was my first time staying at a boutique hotel. But, It was a solo trip so the facilities and amenities were perfect for me. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great value for the cost: the hotel does all the basics really well. The staff were very kind and lovely people. We appreciated the beach chairs and appreciated fresh towels everyday. The water pressure on the shower was strong. There was a quiet lounge to get work done. Location was close to the beach and restaurants.

Front desk lady was very nice. But Unfortunately we found a big cockroach in our room and had to get switched our last night. A/C isnt the best and had to leave some clothes behind because of the situation. Very dissappointed

Typical low cost option. Very poorly insulated, very noisy, minimal wage cleaning crew is obvious with trace hairs prevalent throughout, especially in the bathroom. Cheap pillows and not covered correctly with pillow cases. Very loud window AC unit. Staff service/logic very poor. I asked for a late checkout (one extra hour) on a Sunday when it was obvious the hotel was nowhere near fully occupied, and they clearly have a canned statement “no late checkouts, no matter what”.. not that I would ever return to this hotel anyway but that’s the sort of attitude that guarantees no return business. I suspect this is owned by Russians, so that would explain a lot.. Find another place to stay.

3 STAR HOTEL NEAR BEACH

This is a perfect boutique motel/hotel with (2) small pools that had a bin full of floats for the kids. Its right next to the W hotel which has some great restaurants within 3 minute walk. The room was spacious with (2) seperate rooms with a Queen Bed in each. The shower/bathroom was in smaller side. It had a mini fridge and microwave plus a wine opener if you buy wine. Keep in mind, this is a solid 3 Star Hotel - put those 5 star hotel expecations to the side. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the area seem to be quiet. We did not spend much time inside the room as we were at the beach, pool or eating on the beach. This was a perfect location and ideal if you just need a relaxing place to sleep. I would stay here again for our next trip to Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Affordable, great location. Within a mile walking distance of all great restaurants and bars. Short walk to the beach. Hotel isn’t part of chair rentals on the beach but you can rent through other hotels. Pool area is peaceful and not busy. Had a room that was basically an apartment and it was great .. not upscale but clean and updated.

This property is structured like a motel. The location is great. It’s a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Both pools were clean and nice places to relax after a long day of fun in the sun. I would stay here again. The property does show signs of wear and tear, but it does not look run down.
