Our stay was good overall except for breakfast time. I was there after Christmas during breakfast time. One lady scolded me in front of other guest because I had my plate on an uneven surface when I was serving myself. I was having a difficult time holding the serving spoon and holding the cover, so I placed my plate on the bottom. Whatever the case was, this woman sternly said across the room , " Don't put the plate there, then the food will fall and we have to clean it up!". I get constructive criticism, but it was embarrassing to be scoled in front of other guest. I'm an adult, not a child. I let it go and apologized. The rest of my party felt as if we were being watched like a hawk. She made comments loud enough to hear.
