Great, helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms and perfect location from the airport and the cruise port. I highly recommend this hotel for families for its location. The breakfast was a real bonus and delicious.

Close to good food and the airport and cruise ports. Staff were friendly and the pool was cool but refreshing. Hotel was well kept and clean and cruise shuttle was $5 cheaper than others in the area ($15/pp)

Trying to remain objective, however it seems hotel operations was short staffed. One if two elevators was out of commission both days, which caused issues during check-out and trying to catch a shuttle. I will seriously reconsider staying at this location or hotel chain in the future.

The elevator number 2 never worked ! We had to wait everytime for about 15 minutes minimum and the lift stopped at every floor which made the journey even slower. However Aiskel and Bianca at breakfast made our stay pleasant with their service

The best review of a property is at the end of the day is would you stay there again in the answer is definitely no. The room is old and neglected. The mattresses are like being in a dorm room. You will definitely disappointed if you choose this hotel. There was blood stains on my mattress no bed sham at the bottom of the bed. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. The air conditioner unit was totally in up wouldn't turn on. Advise management of the problems and they were totally dismissed. Shuttle drivers are on their phone texting while driving. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else
