Well for starters the rooms was as expected, I travel allot and I always leave a good damn review but this time I was sick. I even went next door and apologized to Oliver at the Hampton Inn for not booking with them just to try another experience. The room here was small, Room attendants NEVER came to clean the room and I was there for 4 days. 1 morning I woke up went out side and dog poop greeted me headed to the elevator. Breakfast is a lie it's not as it seems online, it's bagels, cereal and tea and coffee. Parking is a mess. The bathroom, the water Magical just stopped for the toilet I had to fix on my own because front offices is closed at a certain time. There is no Phones in the room so emergency. The TV is trash, you have to used our OWN ACCOUNTS to really experience shows ect. CHECK WAS SMOOTHLY JUST GIVE THE KEY AND SAY BYE... Will I ever rebook - NOPE.... ONE AND DONE EXPERIENCE. Sorry but I have to post this because hopefully my honesty brings a difference to the hotel and they upgrad the standards because there is potential...

Parking lot doesn't feel safe, sheets on bed like sandpaper, room stunk, suite was small, couch was a broken futon and bed lumpy, no curtains just role down shade and people walking by can look right in if lights on. We didn't get a wink of sleep. Only decent things about this place is distance to airport and water pressure in shower

I arrived and they said they had no rooms. The receptionist said that Expedia needs to update their website. I told them that i already paid for thr room and they asked that i settle the matter with Expedia. I was with my 80 year old parents and this was a huge inconvenience. The place was unique. They only clean the rooms when people check out. They also have people actually living there. The front desk closes at 730pm and you need to call the security guard to open the lobby for you to check in if coming in after 730pm. Have to wait for front desk to open to get more towels. Then they have people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot
