Great Staff and Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and everyone who works there was friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying here again, and it is definitely a convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping and definitely close to the port for cruising. I highly recommend this place!

Worse hotel for the price.

False sense of being a quality hotel as it was extremely expensive for what we got. The room was very old and dated. The breakfast area was completely packed I. The morning with no where to sit and eat. When I spoke to the front desk staff about how my family of 2 adults 2 children and one baby were supposed to sleep in a room with 2 double beds that the online booking didn’t not tell me they were double beds rather supposed to be queens they advised me that there was nothing they could do as the hotel was full. We stayed at another hotel for half the price with a family suite 10 minutes from this hotel on the way home. Never stay here again.

All aspects of the property were very clean. It has your typical brown interior but the cleanliness reallt made up for it. Nadia and the other girls and staff at the front desk were very friendly and hospitible. Theres plenty of parking and places to eat nearby. The breakfast was better than i expected and there is s shuttle service that can transport you to the docks, beach, conference center and ports for cruises and even take.you to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.and
