Not even CLOSE to what's in the pictures!!! Parking lot was swarming with raccoons going through trash cans . Waited about 30 minutes to get checked in (I was second in line). During my wait the tv in the lobby was blasting with some random weird music in a foreign language . I kindly asked to turn the volume down cause I couldn't hear the lady in the front desk behind the plastiglass (what is that all about?? Felt like Im in the DMV office). When finally got the keys to the room , upon arrival I found that the first room's door was wide open with strangers inside. The other room was dirty, looked and felt like a cheap roadside motel, the room next door was open with people sleeping on the floor with a disgusting smell coming out of there. I went the front desk and said if they can't accommodate me and my kids in a safer place that is not a health hazard then cancel my booking. She went ahead and just canceled it. I found myself searching for a hotel room at the middle of the night.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations, and the elevator appeared to have gone uncleaned for an extended period. We were only provided with two full-size towels despite having three adults in the room. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the neighboring room was excessively loud, making it difficult to sleep. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, consisting of only Pop-Tarts, an apple, and a granola bar. The one highlight of our stay was the front desk staff, who were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, given the overall experience, the stay did not justify the rate we were charged.

Room was in terrible shape (mold by window, dresser broken, leaning backward, tape on back of TV, bathroom not fully cleaned, hair and other debris on the pillows on the bed, towels stained, clothes/trash left in front of the room outside, etc.). I had a terrible experience at La Quinta. Upon checking in, I immediately noticed that the room was not clean, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell. I politely asked the front desk if I could switch rooms or get an upgrade, but instead of addressing my concerns, they canceled my check-in without any explanation. To make matters worse, I had my baby with me and was left scrambling to find another place to stay. The lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking. I would not recommend staying here, and I certainly won’t be returning.

Worse hotel ever stayed in

Checked in and went to room. Alarm on outside of bldg going off and could hear in room. Front desk told me couldn’t move me and sent a maintenance man who couldn’t speak English and did NOTHING. Cleaning lady also spoke no English. Pool was closed due to chemical problem (I come to Florida to use pools). No breakfast as advertised only coffee (don’t drink coffee-I do tea but didn’t have). Whole hotel was dirty

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room stunk and the shower in the bathroom would fill up with water and not drain when the drain was open. Continental breakfast was a bag lunch like your in jail, there was a death at the hotel, pool was closed without any notification otherwise wouldnt have stayed there..only stayed 2 nights and took a loss on other nights could deal with stink so got another hotel by the beach..overall worst experience for my kid's i will never stay there again

Unfriendly and rude staff. Didn't even help with carrying the luggage to the room. We paid for BnB but breakfast was hot water and apple. The rooms were dirty damp and smelling. They never cleaned for the time we stayed there. One of the towels had mucus meaning they never cleaned and just gave it to me who happened to be the next client. I got a local and village experience. Terrible and won't recommend for anyone to go here. The place is better off being shut down. Why would you like online that it's a hotel yet it's an inn? Very Conny people. I disliked the place with passion
