Abusing hiding charge

i had some overcharge in my bank statement of September, i rent more than 12 nights. One of the charge was not included/hiding in the room price, was more than your website says, the clerk explain me was because i check out too late. Awful! Stay away.

This is at least the 5th or 6th time we have stayed at this property and have always been happy to return. After this stay, I am not sure we will return. I had requested at least a 1st floor room, since there were no ADA rooms available. I am disabled, and have small children who like to run around the room (1st floor makes them less noisy). We were given a room on the 3rd floor. Fine, whatever, there are elevators. Then around 9pm it was apparent that our ac was not going to cool the room. My husband went to front desk to ask for a room that the ac worked in. Because reservation was in my name, I had to be there to change room. After waiting 5 minutes for an elevator I get downstairs to sign the paper for the front desk lady (Mia P, ? younger black woman) who had less personality than a box of rocks. Once we were comfortably in our new room, I returned to front desk to return 1st room keys. Above described front desk woman waved her hand towards the box on desk and turned back away. I wanted to make sure she got keys so I didnt get charged for both rooms. Low and behold, next day, I check my bank account and there are 2 deposits pending on my bank account. I called hotel. They said they could not help and transferred me to customer care. They hung up on me before I got to speak to anyone. Called them back, only to be told they couldn't help and that I needed to return to the hotel and talk to them. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. They need to do better hiring.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the bathroom. The tub was clogged upon arrival, and water would take a long time to drain. This meant I had to wait a while after someone else showered before I could use it, which was very inconvenient. I reported the issue to the staff, but it took two full days before it was fixed. While the staff was too friendly , the delay in addressing the problem was frustrating and impacted the overall comfort of the stay.
