I would recommend that no one stay at this property. Marijuana smoke as you walk into the office as well as when you enter the room. The bathroom is terrible. No door knob but only a hole. Bathtub was filthy. Expedia would not refund my money. Unsafe for staying. Hotel should be shut down. Will not book with Expedia ever again.

Cockroaches all over the place unsafe in and out the location is dangerous. The pictures they show online is the opposite of what it is in real. I stayed there less than 2 hrs since I was trying to book something else last minute at 2am literally everything was booked all around the area. I got refunded after all

Please stay somewhere else. Room literally smelled pee. AC was not blowing cold enough. Literally every piece in the room was old. Oh, pool was closed even tho they advertised it’s in use.

When we arrived, we went to the office to get our keys. The lady was very nice. Instead of going to our room immediately, we decided to have supper with our friends instead. We came back around 10:00 only to see people smoking weeds near our room (and all over the place ), listening to music. When we got into our room, it was nothing like the pictures. Floor was dirty. Blood stains on the comforter. We went back to the office. The lady accepted to cancel our 2 other days. But not tonight. We even didn’t sleep there and went somewhere else. The day later we spoke with the manager who didn’t want to reimburse us because there is a 20 minutes warranty of satisfaction. He gave us 40$ reimbursement. For 250$ a night… I expect something else.

I booked this place trusting Expedia and I was completely disappointed when I arrived. I could not believe that Expedia would have such a place listed as a recommendation for any of their customers. My 13yr old and I were terrified, did not feel safe, the room smelled like mold. I walked back to the front desk turned the key into the clerk and asked for a refund. She gave me a paper and said I needed to reach out to Expedia, which I did and got nowhere. Thank God for my Hilton Honor account, which allowed me to book a clean and safe room. I will never use Expedia again!

Terrible Staff. Half their Amenities they Advertise are not Available (Advertising Fraud?). Mold in Bathrooms, No Clean Towels or Trash Can for rooms. Construction next door. Street Walkers and Drunks at night walk freely with no Security. NEVER AGAIN!

Disappointed

Very dirty, no blankets, mold in bathroom. Water doesn’t go down the sink and my room was above the laundry room and door was kept open and from 2 am to 8 am you heard beeping sounds non stop every 5 seconds and was told I couldn’t close door to laundry room because key lock didn’t work to laundry room. Very very dissatisfied and would not return ever again much less for $150 a night. Please do better !!
