Clean and great location. Cute little old Florida vibes. Easy stay with self check in and out, but impossible to get in touch with anyone to ask questions or report an issue with the room. Still giving it 5 stars but just we warned that this is basically an unmanned operation so you’ll be on your own.

This is a lovely hotel that is super close to everything -- walk to beach and lots of restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. I had no in-person interaction with staff: I was messaged check-in instructions, including code to enter my room. Parking was right out front. Had a great time.

Room was clean and in nice location. Check in wasn't great. Supposed to get an email with code to get in your room. Didn't get it. Call the day of check in and they sent it. Office isn't open during check in so make sure you get an email

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk admitted to not speaking English. Rain shower of 209 was weak. King bed was very saggy and can easily be seen on observation. Internet password was not provided at check in nor was it provided in the room. Steps are a bit of a hazard with some loose pavers. Room was clean. Location to beach close by. Pool was very nice.

Although the room was average, the staff was very kind in allowing us to check in early when we got there from the cruise ship ( around 11) Also since Ft. Lauderdale has parking issues, she even let us park on the premises. This was all outstanding and I complimented them.

One night, nice and quiet, the other, we were unable to sleep through the middle of the night because of noise upstairs. This is a basic hotel. The shower head sprayed in strange locations, the drain was slow. However, if you want a great location, this would be it. And it’s very close to a fantastic Italian restaurant one block away.
