An inexpensive option for the area. Older but well maintained. Close to beach and several restaurant choices. Offices closes at 5pm so there is no one around to fix problems. We had no hot water for our stay.

My room did not have hot water during my stay. Unfortunately, since there was no front desk agent on duty after 4 PM, there was no one available to assist in resolving the issue. I reported the problem the following morning at checkout, expecting a reasonable resolution. However, instead of offering a refund or compensation, the agent simply informed me I could wait for the repair to be completed and then use the shower—an option that was not practical or acceptable given I was checking out. I hope this issue is taken seriously, as it significantly impacted the quality of my stay.

The property is steps away from the beach, and it quite spacious for the price, the couch bed is not super comfortable and as me and my family checked in late we were not able to ask for extra blankets, you could hear tv through the walls in the bathroom but the shower is beautiful, overall a beautiful area and a great place if you are on a bugdet or are looking to catch a crusie.

Outdated but clean. The front office is gone after 5. My room was by the front office and a group of 20 somethings knocked on my door at 3 am looking for assistance to get into their hotel room. If you’ll be arriving late call ahead so they can help you with how to get in after hours. Close to the beach.

As senior citizens we Would have liked coffee in the room we understand there was a coffee pot but travelers are unknowing of grocery stores to purchase it and it would cost more for travelers to Uber to a grocery store than the cost coffee.

There is no ramp to get to the office for a wheelchair or scooter. The rooms have multiple steps which is disastrous for wheelchair and scooter users. Very very strong bleach smell in room. Toilet has no grab bars for the disabled. Nice kitchen with utensils. Great location near the boardwalk.
