Oliver was very accommodating and honestly a breath of fresh air. The room was clean and comfortable. No problems whatsoever we will be booking with ocean mile again in the future.

The rooms and the place is pretty run down. Stained grout and caulk, chipped paint, missing screens, sink barely drained, dirty windows etc. Worst of all was that every cove and hallway smelled like a dirty ashtray and most of our stay there was a filthy hag smoking by the pool which wafted up to our room, making so we could not leave the door open or enjoy the porch or pool. It is strange that in this day any business would allow smoking. Very low class.

Damp, moldy, lights didn't work. Pre packaged soap smelled terrible. Towels smelled funny after being used. Bedding was moist, room was dirty. Overall experience was gross. I was working all day and only slept there from around 1am-8am and would never recommend or even think of staying there again.

We got the worst room. it was too small crowded with giant fridge, table and chairs. No space to even walk. AC is in small corridor in seprate space. When we checkin, at 10 pm, AC was not running in the room. So room was too hot and it took almost 3 to 4 hours to cool down. Mattress was broken and sagged for one bed. No hair dryer. we book the room for 3 person but there were only 2 towels and only 1 face napkin. there was no one at desk until nextmorning 10 am to checkout. I will never return to this hotel. Fake ratings and reviews are given. It was total disaster.

Checked out early. Went to another hotel. Couldnt stay. I wasnt looking for much. Im not hard to please. Staff wasnt in office at check in. Had to call # to get someone. Kitchen was disgusting. Wouldnt even try to shower here. Bathroom gross. Ac was not working. Couldnt sleep in hot room. Very loud traffic. Wanted to leave at 2am. We waited til office opened and he was 45 min late opening the office too. Never again.

Just be aware that there is no staff onsite after 9:30 pm. But anyway, the offsite manager is still reachable on phone. But you won’t get the key to lock your door if you need to go out. AC doesn’t work in one of the room. The only good thing maybe there is a McDonald’s in walking distances.

Wonderful area the resort itself could use a better cleaning system the rooms are a bit dated and dirty my lights didn’t work and the floors were filthy over all for the price and the area location it was very convenient but please clean the floors my feet were black on the first day I just walked around barefoot to the bathroom.
