The staff really make the stay at this property. Bryton and Chambria were extremely responsive and always helpful. Everyone else I interact with at the reception desk had the same positive attitude. The breakfast is ok. The rooms are spacious but quite old and could use a refresh.

We arrived at 4:30 pm for check-in. We were not able to get into our room until 7:00 pm. There was no explanation, or anything offered to compensate for our time. It was New Years Eve, and we could not get into our room to get ready for the plans we had that evening. When we got to our room we had issues: my daughter couldn't open the door going from the bedroom to the bathroom. We didn't have enough towels for the number of guests booked in the room. There was a buildup of dust on the ceiling and vents. So, the air blowing into the room caused my son who has allergies a rough time. We had 2 rooms under my name and both rooms had these issues. Very disappointed with the customer service and accommodations.

The room can’t accommodate 4 people, they have only two towels and everything set for 2 people. They have small sofa you can’t even open . And Service is bad when we were trying to check out they just walked on us and we kept waiting for 30 min just to check out, also when we booked hotel says parking free with our booking but they changed us . Never coming back.
