The property is perfectly located within a plaza that offers options for various things. It was also closely located to popular places for shoppping, dining and the likes. One suggestion would be to offer valet services since the parking lot is not so closse

Lovely property! Sheraton Plantation has been my go to hotel for at least 18 years, however, my deposit has never been more than the cost of my overall stay. I also paid for a suite with a jetted tub throuh Expedia, however, the property no longer have rooms with jetted tubs which was misleading. I also did not receive a refund due to this mishap by Expedia. The front desk staff, bar & restaurant and room stewards were extremely welcoming which made me comfortable. The hotel is spacious and cleanly in every which way. The bed and linens were plush and included all of the amenities needed. Plantation Walk surrounds the hotel with an array of restaurants, bar, lounges, ice cream shops, etc. offering awesome service which is quite convenient if you just want to grab a quick bite or hang out. Parking is available if you can find a slot, otherwise you do have to pay by the day.

Don’t Stay Here

Old and not properly maintained. Needs updating. The mattress was horrible and needed to be replaced. The room was dark. The sinks in our room made loud gurgling noises constantly. The fire alarm had these intense strobing lights that flashed all night long. There was one day where the fire alarm went off, I guess it was a false alarm, but they couldn’t get it turned off. Would absolutely NOT recommend.
