Friendly staff, quick checkin, had lvt floors instead of carpet which was nice and clean. Big room. Couch with trundle bed. King bed, nice pillows and sheets. Close to many good restaurants and shops.

Nice hotel. Have always enjoyed Springhill Suites. Breakfast was tasteful and had a good selection. Ice machines are finicky and spent 1/2 hour the first night trying to get ice. Right next to freeway so if you are on that side of the property you get freeway noises. All in all nice property though.

What happened is me and my family came for one night before a cruise and was double charged. One for a room we stayed in and one for a room we didn’t stay in. Totaling 700.00. I tried talking with the mangers but I ended up speaking with someone who had an attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service. Had to have my credit card company help me with the charges. Will never stay there again.

Our group only stayed one night, went on cruise day after check-in, but no complaints. Easy check-in, a lot of walking distance food options, clean rooms, which are always appreciated.

I had an ok experience it wasn’t bad and it wasn’t great. Staff was nice,one staff I encountered in early morning shift was a lil rude when I reminded her about a room I booked and did not get.I Just wanted to remind her if I was getting it but she was put off by it being rude and didn’t even apologize like the one woman I had spoke to the day of booking the room. I called months in advance to book a wheelchair accessible walk in shower, they said there was one more and they said it was reserved for me. when arriving they said they gave it to someone else and mind you they said the walk in shower room was sooo nice on the phone ..well I got another room when arriving and it was nice and big but not the shower I needed . When they switched us over the next day the walk in shower room it was sooo small it was disappointing and tv signal is bad they freeze and remotes you have to press down hard for them to change. enough about that. The complimentary shuttle is nice that they have it but again they lied on the phone when booking it. I had asked if it was wheelchair accessible and friendly for a disabled person they said yes. well it wasn’t sadly. the shuttle was tall and unfortunately it was soo hard for my friend to get off his wheelchair to pull himself up onto the seat he was embarrassed. That’s the only reason we booked the room. For the shower and the shuttle since they said it wouldn’t be a problem for my friend who can’t walk . And it was lied to us ;/ .
