The hotel was clean, staff was nice, arranging a shuttle pickup was easy, free hot breakfast, and it was within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store.

Okay hotel. Dangerous shuttle transport!

This is a fairly basic hotel, that provides the minimum requirements, but is not really worth the price they charge. I guess they can get away with it, given proximity to cruise terminals. But location and surrounds are not attractive. WARNING: FO NOT USE THEIR SHUTTLE! The WORST aspect was the hotel shuttle to the cruise terminals. Suitcases were stacked so high behind shuttle passengers and put out safety at risk for the journey. The driver just ignored our requests to make them safe for passengers. This is third world safety standard, not what you expect in the USA!

The hotel was average. Very clean. A little noisy. Could hear a lot of street noise in our second floor room. No coffee maker in the rooms. Included breakfast was good.

It was clean and the people were friendly. The hotel provided transportation from the airport to the hotel. It was easy to set up transportation to the cruise port the from the hotel the next morning from the hotel and was reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again.
