Disappointed Guest.

I did not expext the room to be so small and compact. Not having a closet, microwave or a coffee pot in the room was new for me. Having a king bed in such a small room didnt help either. The shower door doesnt completely close so water gets outside onto the tiles during a bath. Having to go into lobby for towels because house keeping didnt clean the room was annoying. Additionally, going into the lobby to use a microwave was also an inconvenience. Furthermore, my credit card was charged an additional $35 after incidentals ($100)was already charged to my credit card without any explanation which is infuriating. At the time of check in, i was not informed about parking therfore, i was penalized for parking in the public parking on the other side. Finally, i enquired about parking for the hotel, when i was told about the valer parking. The front desk agent informed me that only valer parking is available for the hotel so i asked for 1 night to be charged seeing that it was my last night. Yet, im seeing an additional $35 + charged to my credit card. The front desk attendants and valet parking attendants were not welcoming, courteous or informative at all. I will not be returning to Tru Hotel.

Hotel was nice and close to the beach. Only valet parking, if you're into that. Did a late checkout for a fee. They charged me an additional tax fee on the late checkout, which I thought was insane. Staff was pretty nice overall. Would recommend.

I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. No complains. Great shuttle service!! Wish I was able to the entire day but I chose this hotel because we got in late and had to catch an early flight.

The hotel was Very clean, close to airport. Had alot of snacks small foods available which was good because we got in late. They even had beer for sale.. The free transportation to and from the airport was definitely a plus.

I was flying in late and this place was a perfect distance from the airport! The staff, Brian at Front Desk, was knowledgeable with any questions I had about parking and my hotel stay. I’d stay here again if needed.
