Staff was good commendated Robert, however the room smelled really bad like dead fish, we called for air refresher when the handy man came up he identified the Ac was not working, another guy came and said nothing can be done till tomorrow we asked front desk if it have fans we spoke with Bibian she said some nonsense that we have to stick it out, got up sweating , next day nicolas got us another room. The place is nice wn most staff was courteous thats why i still did a good rating

Clean room, jacuzzi in room was nice, kitchen had everything even dishes and some cookware. The hot tub by the pool was great. Property was clean, area was nice.

The floors were super sticky, annoyingly sticky. Enough for me to write this review. The tub was actually pretty nice, but the room it’s self smelled like a pool? It was strange. They need a serious updating.

We had no heat for 2 of the three nights stay. Checked in Rm 9304A 1-15-26, no heat that night. Next morning, waited 3 hours for maintenance. Maint. man could not fix so we changed to room 9402A. Again, no heat 1-16-26. On 1-17-26 a technician was called and the heater was fixed. Requested a 2 night refund at check out on 1-18. The manager said a request for refund was sent to Expedia and would be copied to my email. I did not receive the email copy. Left a voice mail for a supervisor on 1-19-26.

This resort far exceeded our expectations! The resort was incredible - pool, hot tub, the grounds, rooms, service - everything was perfect. We stayed here prior to a cruise because the rooms accommodated our large group of 8 but we will definitely be returning just to enjoy a full week family vacation at this spot!
