The property is in a very beautiful safe area. The unit was average and fine for the price point. No beds. Dated but clean. Front desk staff unfriendly and pool area is hard to find a chair. Most guest take 2 chairs for each person which doesnt allow any chairs for others. Otherwise the property is not high end by any means but is was good at this price. Get unit A. Unit B says theres a queen bed but it felt like a double.

Very good location, far from the traffic congestion. 15 minutes from Sawgrass Mall. The room is like the photo, the floor is a bit sticky. Cleaning is once a week and the toiletries are only for the first day. The kitchen is very well equipped. At check-in I was not lucky with who helped me, but the following days the people at the front desk were very friendly. They receive shipments free of charge.

Good for the price

Only spent 2 nights so didn’t really use the facilities so cannot comment on that. Price was great for having a condo type space. Having a microwave, full size fridge with ice maker and separate rooms instead of being in a single room hotel room was great. I would stay there again if the price remains good. Cons- no comp coffee/tea, washer/dryer, dishwasher, in the room like other timeshares. No tissues in the room. Bed squeaked. Location was okay as close to Sawgrass Mills Mall, but is a good 30 minutes to an hour drive depending on traffic to the beaches. Room could have been cleaner. A lot of dust and dirt in corners.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Only thing we didn't like was the pushiness of staff to purchase a timeshare. When we didn't show to the lunch they offered for the presentation they called the room several times upset we didn't go. Other than that its very clean, modern, and comfortable.

I was placed in a room that had out dated furniture. The TV in the bedroom was extremely small. The sheets were dirty and dusty. I brought it to the attention at the front desk and they were not helpful at all. I do not recommend this resort at all.

It was good, well located, easy access and near to everything in Weston, the hotel was crowded, the pool was full the entire time, hard to find parking space at night and the installations are old, but clean.

We left 24 hours before we were supposed to due to how dirty the room was. The floors had black spots everywhere, curtains were stained everywhere, it looked like blood splattered on the lamp shade, first all over the bath tub, shower had no pressure or hot water, and ice was left over from previous people. We felt dirty just sitting down because of the filth. It was too late after we got to the room to have someone clean it so I’d rather lose the money for the night and go somewhere else. Oh and after complaining they do not even apologize or get back to you. Not acceptable for a timeshare company. And the noise that comes from the floor above us is so loud you can’t sleep.
